Beta Phase II, Founding Members

A fair way
to receive service
requests.

FairGround is not a lead auction. It is a request system built to protect contractors and service providers from bidding wars, surprise fees, and unfair lead marketplaces.

1Request. One contractor. Never shared, never auctioned.
15Exclusive service requests per month, with a hard cap you control.
0Bidding wars. Zero surprise fees. Zero forced overages.
§ 01 / Problem

Why FairGround exists.

The lead industry has, quietly, been working against the people it claims to serve.

×

Traditional lead platforms pit contractors against each other.

×

The same request is sent to multiple providers, creating bidding wars.

×

Pricing is unpredictable and often unfair.

×

Contractors pay for requests without any real control.

Our response

FairGround was created to change that model entirely.

§ 02 / Principles

Built on fairness. By design.

Three commitments that shape every part of the product.

Principle 01

One request.
One contractor.

No auctions. No shared requests. No bidding wars. When a request is yours, it is yours alone.

Principle 02

Contractor
control.

Service providers decide how many requests they receive and can pause requests at any time, with no penalty.

Principle 03

Collaboration over
competition.

If a job needs additional skills, contractors are encouraged to partner with other providers, not compete against them.

§ 03 / Process

How FairGround works.

A simple, exclusive flow from request to resolution.

01

Service providers join the network.

Create a professional profile and receive a unique FairGround request link you can share with clients and partners.

02

Clients submit one exclusive request.

Clients submit a request via your link or by browsing the network. They may only have one active request at a time.

03

No bidding. No shopping.

Requests are exclusive to you. You are not competing against other contractors for the same job.

04

Get the job done, or close the request.

Complete the job by any lawful means, including collaboration, or formally close the request. Accountability runs both ways.

§ 04 / Audience

Who FairGround is designed for.

If you provide legitimate services and value fairness, FairGround is built for you.

  • Home service contractors
  • Commercial service providers

§ 06 / Accountability

Why there are no refunds for requests.

Because FairGround guarantees exclusivity and fairness, requests are delivered in good faith and are not refundable. This ensures responsibility on both sides and prevents misuse of the system.

Accountability runs both ways. That is what makes the guarantee real.

§ 07 / Commitment

Our commitment to fairness.

Five guarantees that are not up for negotiation.

No shared or auctioned requests.

No hidden fees.

No forced overages.

One active request per client at a time.

Built-in safeguards to prevent abuse.

FairGround is infrastructure, not a marketplace designed to extract value.

§ 08 / Questions

Frequently asked.

Straight answers about the beta, pricing, and how the platform operates.

The Beta Access Program gives early businesses access to the platform before public launch. Beta members help shape the product and lock in preferred pricing while we finish building and refining the system.

The platform is designed primarily for home services and commercial service providers, such as contractors, cleaners, landscapers, and facility services. That said, any professional who accepts client requests is welcome to join the beta.

The key differences:

  • No shared leads
  • No auctions or bidding wars
  • Flat monthly pricing
  • You control how many requests you receive
  • You can pause requests at any time
  • No surprise fees

Requests come either directly from your custom link or from customers browsing the network.

A service request is a verified inquiry from a prospective client who has provided: name, email, phone number, and service details. No anonymous or incomplete requests are delivered.

Once you reach 15 requests, you choose what happens next. You can pause requests for the rest of the month, or continue receiving requests at $8 per additional request. You are always in control.

Yes. You can pause or resume requests at any time with one click. There are no penalties for pausing.

Founding members keep beta pricing for at least 12 months from their signup date. After that, standard pricing applies, with notice given well in advance. There are no surprise increases.

No. The beta is month to month. You can cancel at any time.

We require real business information to ensure lead quality, prevent spam, and maintain trust across the network. This protects both service providers and clients.

Beta members are encouraged (but not burdened) to use the platform actively, share feedback, and help us identify bugs or missing features. Your real-world input helps shape the product.

Beta access is limited to the first 100 to 250 businesses and will close once capacity is reached.

Complete the beta signup form, enter your payment details, and you will get immediate access to the platform.
